2 living areas, open plan kitchen with water views, theatre room, dining room and a large outdoor deck with lounge area and television, dining area and games area with Billiard table and treadmill all overlooking large pool and water views to Main River. Sit and watch the boats pass by or fish off the large pontoon.
It’s located in a quiet Street in the centre of the Gold Coast, great for the Commonwealth Games with the Carrara Stadium 4.9 Klm away where the Opening and Closing Ceremonies will take place. Pacific Fair 4.3klm, The beach 5.4 klm and 500 metres to coffee shop, Medical Centre, Pharmacy, Supermarket and Public transport.
