If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing location, directly on the beach, then look no further. The Commodore is located on the very east end of Thomas Drive next to St. Andrews State Park. This 1100 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two baths which has just been completely renovated is ready for occupancy. This 10th floor unit, Unit #1004, features a magnificent beach view with a full-length balcony that is accessible from either the Living Room or the Master Bedroom. It has completely new furnishings, a full-sized washer and dryer and an open kitchen with plenty of counterspace with a fully stocked kitchen and all new dishes, silverware, glasses and counter appliances. Each of the two bedrooms have its own bathroom with walk-in showers and each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Also included is a set of beach chairs and umbrella for your use during your stay. The complex has a large heated outdoor pool, hot tub and kiddie pool. There is a large, grassed area for children to play in and a covered pavilion with barbeque pits, tables and benches. There is also a fire pit, a basketball court plus shuffleboard and horseshoes. With only 130 units in the complex and a large open beach, you will never be crowded - either on the beach or catching an elevator. The Commodore has same side of the street parking and 24-hour security guards. Directly off the main section of Thomas Drive, it provides a low-traffic, quiet environment. It is within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park which features fishing, boating and walking trails. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Grocery stores, fishing and golf are only a few minutes' drive away. If you are looking for a quiet family-oriented, restful spot on the beach for your vacation, then this is where you need to stay. We also have a motion-activated Ring doorbell camera outside of the front door of the property for your safety.

Summary: This was our second time staying in the building, but our first time at this property. We were beyond pleased with everything--cleanliness, decor, communication, beach service, etc. We had plenty of space for the four of us, and the view was spectacular! We hope to come back!
