Summary: We really enjoyed staying at Kate's property for our trip. I was visiting Washington DC to bury my father in Arlington Cemetry. Its not a far jog to the DC area and we felt very safe. The hot water was great for us. There was an outside area that we loved. I recommend taking pics and advertising that you have a covered sitting area. A friendly tip I would like to leave is, if you want, some extra hangers would be nice and a curtain on the entry way to the basement would make it a touch more like home. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely see if this space is available when I come to visit my Dads site.in the future.
