This extremely comfortable West Bradenton, Florida home is just 10 minutes to beautiful Anna Maria Beaches, 25 miles from Siesta Key, 17 miles from Sarasota, 45 miles from the Tampa airport and less than a mile to the Manatee River and a boat ramp for the boaters. We even have a 1/4 back yard with a lockable gate that opens to allow for boat/ trailer parking. (Please let us know if you wish to do this so we can mark sprinkler heads).We welcome small pets (up to 2 under 25 lbs). Make your self at home in this over 1/4 acre lot with a fire pit area, outdoor eating and lounging area and a brand new 6 person hot tub. Your vacation home has an expansive living room with a 55” tv and a lot of light. Pass through the dining area with an expandable table that can seat up to 8 people when expanded and a breakfast bar for three. New appliances and a Keurig / coffee maker and almost anything you may need including some spices and pan spray to cook up a family meal are in the kitchen! The king bedroom has a very comfortable bed and a smart tv with Spectrum cable and internet. The second bedroom also has a tv with spectrum cable and has a comfortable queen bed and a bunk bed set perfect for a couple or a whole family with small children. Our favorite room in the house is the Florida room with windows on three sides to allow you an outdoor experience while enjoying air conditioning. This room has games, toys and a play kitchen for the littles and a very comfortable daybed to sink in to. At night guests could close the barn doors and blinds to the kitchen and the day bed can turn into a king size bed in order to have a third bedroom. Go through the doors to the back patio and enjoy the comfortable seating area, dinner on the outdoor dining set after grilling on the new grill or take a dip in the hot tub or enjoy the fire pit patio and expansive fenced back yard. We provide a travel crib, high chair, sound machine and child dishes and books and toys to welcome the little's. In the garage you’ll find everything you’ll need for a fun trip to the beach with 6 beach chairs, 4 beach umbrellas, a beach wagon, a cooler, fishing gear for two, beach games, floaties, 4 boogie boards, 2 beach mats and towels. After the beach take a bike ride to the beautiful Manatee River and river trails. We have two single bikes and a double bike for your pleasure. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience In the garage along with detergent for a few loads.
Publix grocery store along with a liquor store and several other amenities are within 1/2 mile. Many fantastic restaurants are within 10 minutes of the house. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and houses are all on 1/4 acre so they are set far apart. We are scheduled to get new windows throughout the house in August 2022.
