Summary: The location and quality of this stay was absolutely perfect while my partner and I were in town house hunting. The hosts were incredibly responsive to messages both before check-in and during our stay. They let us check in a few hours early to drop bags off after our flight and the home was immaculate - super clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is perfectly situated and really close to everything we wanted to see while staying in Austin - but also tucked away enough to not be too loud at night. There was ALWAYS street parking available right in front of the home and easily visible from windows so we could keep an eye on our rental car. We ended up needing to overnight a package for something we forgot, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to our messages during that time to make sure it didn't actually get delivered to them, since they live in the back unit of the duplex. You can tell they really love and care for the home, and there were empty bins to organize your belongings in the master bedroom which turned out to be something we never knew we needed, ha. They also had free snacks, coffee, and water bottles waiting for us as well as an empty fridge for leftovers, etc. Overall, we'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone in the area.
