Positive: The area is just about right for family of 4. Has air-conditions in 2 bedrooms. There's a gas stove to cook food. Kitchen utensils are included and can be use by the guests. Most of the things are already there. There's also washing machine to wash clothes. Almost everything you need are already there. The owner is really approachable and helpful. Really appreciated.
Negative: The downside is just, need a bit of small or corner table to put the boil the kettle or cook rice in rice cooker as it's bit small place to put it all together on the dining table. The socket to plug is no where nearer to plug because the plugs of kitchen appliances are bit short, and might need an extension wire.
