If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to spend quality time with your friends an family Casa Bro is the perfect place for you. It welcomes you with a beautiful garden surrounded by palm trees and bougainvilleas, the inside features a combination of rustic and Mexican style decorations. In the main house you'll find two bedrooms, living room and a kitchen with bar to seat 4 people. The kichen is fully equipped and has al the essential items to cook. For those days when you refuse go out and prefer to stay at home or if you need to entertain the little ones, the living room has plenty of space and satellite TV (DISH network) plus a DVD player. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, its own bathroom, closet and sliding doors that communicate directly to the patio. The other room has 2-twin beds, a small bathroom and closet. All rooms have A/C, you might not need it much, the door and windows completely open let the fresh breeze come in. The patio has a palapa with a built in round table a some chairs that you can use to eat outside; charcoal BBQ grill to come!! There is a detached casita above the garage that allows to have a view of the precious sunrises over the ocean side from the balcony. It has a king bed, a mini fridge, microwave or toaster oven (soon to come), coffee maker and a large bathroom with two sinks, walk in shower and big mirrors. The price advertised is for the entire property. If you would like to rent the main house or the casita only please contact us by email (privacy is only granted if you rent the entire property). SPA Bueva Vista is a small and quite neighborhood that makes you feel in paradise; its pristine and sandy beach are only at a 2 minute walk from the house and it is perfectly safe to swim, snorkel, Kayak or paddle board. If you prefer adrenaline then you should come during the windy season and try kite surfing (schools are 4 miles away). The closest town is at approximately 15 minute drive, here you would find stores, restaurants, bars and lots of activities such as whale watching tours, ATV rental, bicycle rental, horseback riding, pickleball courts and more. Don't miss the opportunity to stay at Casa Bro, it will make you feel at home! Transportation, fishing, car and/or ATV rental, catering/cooking/chef, and other services are not included in rate.
