The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Situated near 28th street, you'll love the fact that you are within walking distance to the boardwalk along with some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers, including Jolly Roger Amusement Park. You'll also be conveniently located for sporting events/activities on the beach including the world-famous White Marlin Open and Ocean City Air Show!
The unit boasts hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, and is nicely furnished throughout the unit. You will be pleasantly surprised how spacious this one-bedroom condo feels. When not inside enjoying this beautifully decorated unit, you'll love sitting on the patio where you can keep an eye on the kids as they cool off and play at the pool!

* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Bay Colony does not have an elevator.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional Street parking is available.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 28th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
