This beautiful, fifth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this high quality, vacation rental include upgraded furnishings such as kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The guest bathroom has a bathtub and the primary bathroom has a shower stall. Both bathrooms have vanities, light fixtures, and cabinets. The living room has a TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The bedrooms have a TV and DVD players.
Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Summary: Mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils. The location of the condo is wonderful and has a great view! The back bedroom is a little warm, but there is a provided box fan. The condo was very clean! We did not have any ice when we arrived so plan accordingly. There is an ice machine that you can pay to use down on the first floor. The water was hot and water pressure was great in the bathrooms. We would stay here again!
