The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

The Space:
Wonderful holiday home with private pool in a very quiet residential area in a typical Spanish village.
There are very nice hiking trails in the immediate vicinity and it is ideal for nature lovers.
Outside there is a spacious covered balcony with seating for 10 people. There is a covered barbecue area right by the pool.
There is also an outside shower and an outside toilet.
There is parking for several cars on the property.
The property is well maintained and offers the following premises:
large living-dining room (with 2 air conditioners), american kitchen (with dishwasher), 4 bedrooms (with fans, one with air condition), 2 bathrooms.
There are two rooms with double beds and two rooms with single beds and a pull-out mattress (therefore more suitable for children). There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.
Getting Around:
There are many good restaurants and a supermarket in the village. The next largest city is Gandia and can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
A very small dog is possible on request.
