Conveniently located in north central Phoenix, this 3 bedroom house has an upscale kitchen with gas stove top, 2 king beds, bunkbeds, outdoor gazebo, sunroom, coffee bar, and Sedona artesian well water in hot/cold water dispenser.
Each bedroom has a comfy mattress and bedding, a TV, and a mini-split unit for custom temp control. 2 King bedrooms have night stand tables and touch lamps with outlets and USB ports.
Both full bathrooms have bidets, hair dryers, and vanity mirrors.
Living room has a sectional couch and 2 chairs to watch movies on large TV with a DVD player. Enhance movies with sound running through a stereo that has 100watt speakers or listen to music from your from via Bluetooth.
