Completely renovated house welcomes you for your seaside holiday in the Pays des abers.
Ideally located 100 m from the beach, it will seduce you with its functionality, its modern decoration and its quality finishes.
The ground floor is composed of a large and bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area and the living room.
Modern bathroom (Italian shower) and WC.
Upstairs: a child's bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be doubled), a bedroom for 2 people and a master bedroom with shower and basin open onto the bedroom.
The two adult bedrooms have a sea view.
We provide you with bikes, kayaks, board games, trampoline and beach games.

Summary: This is an extremely well-appointed modern house and decorated to a good standard with many appliances. Fabienne was extremely helpful and quickly answered any questions. She visited us when we arrived to show us how things worked in the house. There were many toys, as well as bikes and a kayak. There is a level lawn with an area for sitting outside which gets the sun morning and evening. It is very close to a delightful beach. The village is quiet but has a shop. We had a lovely stay and were sad to leave.
