The best location in Katy within close distance with attractions that Katy has to offer, such as, The Great South West Equestrian center (12 minutes drive) Katy Mills Mall, La Centerra at Cinco Ranch and several museums in Old Town Katy, as well as parks for running, water park Typhoon Texas, a mile away from two main highways and the "Energy corridor". Three bedrooms upstairs with two full bathrooms, one bedroom has its own balcony for your yoga/workout time or for a quiet coffee afternoon with a great view. Driveway with plenty parking space. Master room downstairs.
The private garden with waterfall fountain to spend time together. All these amenities makes a great short or long vacation for business travelers or families in a quite-save neighbor hood in the Katy suburbs.
Distance from supermarket is 1/2 mile away. Katy Mills Mall is about 5 minutes away. La Centerra has many restaurants to choose from as well as boutiques, only 3 minutes away. Minimum renting it for 30 days or more
We moved to a smaller home now that all our kids are off to college, and we put all our efforts to design our home to make our guests feel welcome and create wonderful memories. Cable with HBO available.

Summary: We stayed here with my Grandmother before my daughter's wedding. Our first impression was "wow". The house had everything you can possibly need. Saturday, before the wedding, a we used the house as the start point for the caravan of people heading to the wedding. The Master bedroom downstairs was empty, perfect for some blow-up mattresses to lay the younger kids down for a nap while waiting to leave. Everyone that saw the house was impressed and said they should have stayed with us instead of at a hotel. So my review counts for multiple people! Very sad that the owners has this property on the market, it would have been my go to place when traveling to Houston.
