Welcome to our home on McClure Drive! We are situated in Westwick subdivision between Wheeler Road and Walton Way. This classic, spacious home is sure to offer comfort as you travel to Augusta for the Masters Tournament and all our city has to offer in the spring. We are located about 3 miles from the Berckman Road Tournament Patron parking lots.
On the upstairs main level, we have 5 bedrooms (one is semi-private) and 3 full baths, an open kitchen/den with television and fireplace, an office area, a dining room, a living room with television and a laundry/storage room. Two of the upstairs/main level bedrooms have en-suite full baths. A third full bath is in the hallway.
Downstairs (driveway level) we have a separate suite that offers a queen size bedroom with en-suite full bath, a living space with kitchenette, Roku TV and a second laundry area. Our private backyard has wrought iron fencing and a large patio perfect for entertaining with Rec Tec and Blackstone grills and seating. Parking is in the driveway or in the back on the parking pad.
Our home can sleep 6-8 people comfortably. The 2 master bedrooms on the upstairs level each have a queen size bed, while the 2 hallway bedrooms have full size beds. The semi-private sleeping area has a twin size bed. In the suite downstairs, there is a queen size bed.
There are three Smart TVs in the house with streaming capabilities through several channels: one in the upstairs living room, one in the upstairs den and one in the downstairs living area.
