A stunning large 1 bedroom/1bath completely furnished, well appointed loft apt. (900 sq.ft.) located in heart of lower Manhattan's buzzy neighborhood of Tribeca. Within walking distance to Greenwich Village, Financial district, Soho, Tribeca, Chinatown & Chelsea. Historic 19th century landmark area is lower Manhattan's premier filmmaking centre, with much resident celeb spotting. Tribeca is an area of NY not permitted to be altered or changed by the NY landmarks commission. A unique look into another era that should be enjoyed by walking along the wide, foot friendly old cobblestone streets and 19th century buildings. Nearby public metro. Summary: We are a family of 4 traveling with a 3 year old and a 6 year old. This was our second time at this location and we loved it just as much as the first time. This loft apartment is in Tribeca which is one of the safest and most family friendly neighborhoods in Manhattan. There are several parks, restaurants, and water views all within walking distance. The apt is also close to MULTIPLE train lines which can take you to any part of the city or outer boroughs conveniently. It can't get any easier. The loft itself is clean, spacious, and very well stocked for a family who want to have the comforts of home right in Manhattan. There is a master bedroom and kitchen on one side with a hall leading to the other side of the loft apartment which had two twin beds for our kids and a living room. It was nice to have the space when traveling with young kids and have the flexibility of eating in if we desired. The amount of space this apartment has is unheard of in Manhattan. The owner was easy to work with and responded to my emails and texts right away. We were very happy with our stay and will be back for sure!
