Comfortable large home (2600sq ft), on 2 acres of land, just a short drive up Apalachee Parkway to downtown. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, jacuzzi tub, cozy recliner couches, eating space for 17+ and more. Bed sleeping for 8, couch sleeping for 3, pack and play and small child's cot also available. Room for air mattresses as well. FSU decorations, backyard fire pit, and cozy back screen porch make this home a festive weekend getaway for the big game. New 2020 outdoor hot tub added to back porch, and is available for $100 cleaning fee.
House is equipt with a Remi Halo air sanitizing whole house unit, and bedding/linens are run on sanitized settings.
Enjoy the peace and quiet of a 2-acre piece of land with plenty of room to spread out, play corn hole, or spend quality time with family.
