This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, lounging area and BBQ island with seating for 8, covered outdoor dining and expansive decks. Down comforters and mattress/pillow protectors on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. Several nearby neighbors are full time residents and would be adversely impacted by noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 8. We value a positive relationship with our neighbors.
