Fenced and private with seating for family and friends to reconnect. Patio table with chairs and umbrella. There is a UNM corn hole set available for some outdoor fun. Fully enclosed yard to keep pets safe. Newly installed large dog door that leads from the sunroom directly to the backyard.

This detached home is on a very quiet residential street with no traffic. Yet, it is located just five blocks from the University of New Mexico campus and Nob Hill restaurants and coffee shops. It's also a short drive to the hospitals, airport, downtown, Old Town Albuquerque, the Sawmill District, the ABQ Biopark, the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Peak Tram and Ski Area.
