Our apartment house is sunny and quiet right in the center of Stumm. Inns, restaurants, shops and the supermarket are within easy walking distance. The ski bus stop is just 50 m from the house. The ski bus will take you in a few minutes to the valley station of the gondola lifts in Kaltenbach. They take you to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area.
The total of 7 apartments for 2-8 persons are spread over 3 floors. The apartments in the 3. Floor have some slight sloping ceilings in individual rooms. On the first floor, the lounge invites our guests to get together after skiing (until about 22 o'clock at room volume).
