2 Bedroom Apartment in West Side, Jersey City
This is a private second floor apartment of a row house near Journal Square and PATH train to NYC. It features 2 comfortable bedrooms, living room, a full kitchen and an office.
This apartment does not have any outdoor space. It's not a good fit for smokers.
There are two queen beds and a sofa bed that can be made up upon request.
This apartment features a small but functional enclosed office space in addition to the two bedrooms. It has a large eat in kitchen.. It's on the second floor of a walk up building that's 125 years old. Since it's a residential neighborhood, parties or loud gatherings are not allowed.
Kitchen: You will find a full kitchen with a table that stows away extra chairs but can be opened up to sit six people comfortably.
The kitchen, in addition to a full range of cooking utensils, is stocked with basics such as olive oil, salt, pepper, a full spice rack. There is a supermarket within five minutes of walking distance where you can shop for groceries.
Our internet service is Xfinity and it's super fast and strong. There is also a TV with streaming services in the living room.
While we try to accommodate early check in and late check out requests when our schedule allows, this is not always a possibility as we may have maintenance scheduled earlier in the day or have guests checking out that day and we need to be able to get the cleaning crew in before the next guests check in.
If your trip requires an early check in or late check out, please confirm with me that this is a possibility before booking your trip.
There is no driveway or a garage. We do have free street parking. However, this is a metro area and it gets harder for find a spot later in the evening.
I was able to rent a parking space close to the house for guests who want a reserved spot. Please check if that space is available during your visit before you book. The fee for the parking space is $75 per week.
I would love the chance to host you, however, my property may not be the best option for you if you are a smoker.
