Summary: When we arrived at the hotel, our room was very hot. We dropped off our bags, turned the AC down and left. When we arrived back at 1 am, five hours later, our room was even hotter at 80+ degrees. We packed our three kids up and checked out. The hotel staff said we’d have to contact hotels.com for a refund and called another hotel for us to stay at and said the bill would be covered. When we checked out today, the bill had not been paid by the other hotel. We are still awaiting them to pay the bill on our behalf.
