Positive: Good location. Clean and well appointed.
Negative: Very damp and cold. Bed sheets were damp from the humidity in the basement, every night. The first day, the AC was very cold. No way to control the temperature in that area of the house. Many rules plastered all over the apartment made me feel like I was in grade school again. Even though not a big deal, with the steep cleaning fee we were charged, we still have to take the trash out and take the bed linen off. For what we were charged, I did not expect to have to do this. I'm not being difficult here but only comparing with other similar options.
