When you walk in you'll be greeted by the 2 story foyer showcasing the gorgeous staircase that leads to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a porch. High-end furniture, comfortable bedding, linens, tasteful decor, TVs and internet are just a few of the unique amenities this home has to offer.
As you walk in you'll find an office that offers convenience and comfort while working from home. Need a quick nap after hours of work? relax on the Murphy bed in the office. The main suite features a king size bed, beautiful high end furniture, large bath with double sink vanity, additional storage and dressing area. A smart TV offer access to your favorite streaming channels, bookshelves and built-in cabinet storage.
Upstairs you'll find 2 king size suites both with TVs and pull out single beds. Two full baths and a 3rd bedroom featuring two full size bunk beds. All bathrooms provide hand soap, body wash, hair shampoo and conditioner for your convenience.
The kitchen is open to the living room making it easy to entertain while cooking your favorite meals! This kitchen is equipped and fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Off the kitchen you'll find a large screened porch with plenty of comfortable sitting to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hours!
The outdoors offer a gas grill, sitting and a fire pit to keep you warm during the winter months while enjoying outdoor conversations and quality time. For the beach we provide beach chairs, cooler and beach bikes. Baby strollers, high chair, pack n play and baby gate available by request.

Guest Access:
A door code will be provided with check-in instructions a day prior to your arrival. The community is a one way street. Please follow the signs and keep right, go around the neighborhood to get to the driveway. No parking on the street is allowed. There is additional parking space free of charge under the trees across from the 400 Ocean building.

A security deposit is required with all bookings. After booking confirmation you will be sent a link to provide payment information for the security deposit. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. There will be a late check-out fee if guests depart after 11am. Only 12 people allowed in the property. Any violation of this rule will result in additional fees. There are security cameras in the front and back of the house, and inside the garage.
