Positive: The lady was lovely, lovely yo chat to, she was helpful, and if we needed anything, she was on call.
Negative: I didn't like how I booked 2 rooms for 3 people and when we arrived we had to pay more money to have use to the 2nd bedroom. The booking wasn't for 1 room. I put 2 rooms 3 people, so when this place came up it said 2 rooms on my booking with a price if I'm not getting 2 rooms for the price shown it needs to be clear the price was for 3 people sharing 1 room or 3 people with 2 rooms 🤔 also it had an old smell in the apartment and wasn't up to my clean standards. Dirty around sink taps, shower tiles needed a clean, and the finish look to them needs to look better. We also found things in the apartment, the last person must of left them and we had to give all pans, plates, etc a good scrub before using them, the staff should clean everything including kitchen stuff before next customers comes.
