The Shores Club is located on a quiet, no-drive part of Daytona Beach. This two bedroom, two bath condo unit is smoke free with spectacular ocean views from the balcony. Sight dolphins and even whales from the living room and master bedroom windows. The back balcony features gorgeous sunsets over the Halifax River and Intracoastal Waterway.
All the amenities of home can be found here including flat screen TVs, a DVD player, wireless internet and a full-size washer and dryer. Linens and towel are provided. The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers. The surrounding area is safe and the building has electronic locks on all outside doors. Included is secure main-level garage parking.
The master bedroom has a king bed, ocean-front balcony, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private master bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds, walk-in closet and adjoining bath. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes and cookware. The living room with it's reclining sofa is accompanied by two Lazy Boy recliners and an easy chair. The flat screen TV includes cable. The balcony, with comfortable seating, can be accessed through the living room and master bedroom.
The Shores Club offers a variety of activities. The heated swimming pool with large pool deck is located ocean-side. There are BBQ grills near the pool.
Full court tennis is available at The Shores Club as well as basketball, shuffleboard, an indoor sauna and a fitness room overlooking the ocean. We have a few boogie boards if you'd be interested in riding the waves!
This 7th floor condo is available weekly or monthly every month of the year.
