The address of this property is: 1345 Fundy Road, Venice, FL, 34293. Newly remodeled, 3 bedroom, 2,5 bath house with an outdoor shower, fenced in backyard with HEATED pool and screened lanai. Pet friendly (but additional non refundable pet fee is required). Located near Shamrock Park which features walking and bike paths along the Intracoastal Waterway. Not far from Venice, Nokomis, Manasota and Sarasota Beaches. 30 min to Siesta Key (#1 Beach for many years). My home is over 1,700 square feet with a large backyard that is fenced in. Split bedroom floor plan so very private for family or three couples. Home accommodates up to six guests.
Close to the Island of Venice which is enjoyed by vacationers and locals. Five miles to Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach and Caspersen Beach which is also where the doggy beach is located. Fully furnished with a king, 2 twins and a queen bed. Brand new roof. We are pet friendly but we charge nonrefundable pet fee, please do not bring your pets without informing us first.
