Great location near restaurants, shopping, highways and beaches. 3 miles from the Famous Daytona Beach and 7 miles to the Speedway. Close enough to enjoy but far enough away from the hustle/bustle.
Outdoor space includes a enclosed screen room, outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Community pool, tennis courts and club house are all included.
