Situated only a few blocks from the Empire Polo Fields. This home is one of the select homes, that is directly ON the golf course. House is equipped with 6 cruiser style bikes in the garage and extra memory foam roll away beds. This model offers the largest and most open living and dining room areas with a private wet bar and brand new large sectional sofa, excellent for groups.
PGA offers world-class golf, great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities. This home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and groups.
This is a newly Built Home in the gate guarded, Gorgeous Arnold Palmer Development of PGA West, constructed in 2002. This freestanding residence is located on the 2nd hole of the Arnold Palmer private course with tropical landscape that creates a private setting. This is a place to entertain and relax....with your own, extra large, pebble tech salt pool and spa overlooking the golf course in the backyard with a covered open air outdoor room and equipped with custom canopy shade. Inside this beautifully, designer decorated home boasts a large kitchen with Granite countertops with all the appliances and amenities a chef would need. The single story, open floor plan offers a seamless transition between the entry & dining room to the kitchen & living room creating one of the biggest and most open floor plans of it's kind, ideal for entertainment and socializing. This 2600sf, three bedroom, 3 bath home is single level, has an oversized master suite with a stone & glass lined shower, the master features a King Bed with guest room and Casita also offering King size beds. Casita is attached to home and easily accessed through walkway serving as a private bungalow with a bar and fridge and swiveling flat screen TV and private restroom and shower.
This home is ideal for 3-4 couples or multiple families to share and comes equipped with additional separate roll away beds, all of which are brand new premium memory foam twin beds so that the home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people . The home is decorated with a clean and contemporary theme by professional designers of the Summerlin Home.
This is not a party house. If you're looking to party and break the rules, book somewhere else! Sound levels are monitored by noise measuring device. City ordinance prohibits any outdoor music.
Security cameras are located at the front door & driveway of the home to monitor trespassing.
The home is walking distance or a short bike ride to the PGA West Public Club House. Take a morning stroll for coffee and pastries, golf, shopping in the golf store or dinner and drinks in the evening at 'Ernies', the club's full service restaurant.

Summary: This beautiful and spacious home is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the Indian Wells tennis tournament. It's a short 10 minute drive to the venue. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and has quick and easy access to the local community. Everything was clean and well kept, and the kitchen has everything you will need for your stay.
