Evolution Bike Park is literally steps away and the hiking trails are plentiful and easy to access. This condo is freshly remodeled and ready for some fun. Spend your day enjoying the area and town, and enjoy drinks on the huge deck overlooking the mountain vistas and the town. Take advantage of never having to drive with easy access to the free town shuttle running every 15 minutes during the summer and winter season.
Crested Butte has a myriad of outdoor adventures, as well as plenty of quirky and interesting shopping and gourmet options. The last great ski town in Colorado!

*** This property is located in the Axtell Building which doesn't have an elevator. There are 3 flights of stairs to climb, but it's definitely worth the exercise for the location, the beautiful condo, and the amazing views from the oversized deck with the afternoon sun!
