Welcome to Beach Walk at Seabrook! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is ready for your next getaway to the beach! It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the open Pacific Ocean. The big fenced yard also happens to border the Beach trail (aka the Gnome Trail) and the huge carved out stump in front for the kids to play inside! Beach Walk is fully stocked with beach towels as well!
***our home does NOT have access to community pool or fitness center. This is why our nightly rate is significantly lower than other comparable homes. ***
Beach Walk has luxury furnishings, hard wood floors, high speed wireless internet, dozens of games and plenty of movies for your movie night, as well as many other features listed in the amenities section. The first floor has a cozy living room equipped with a large flat screen TV with deluxe cable, DVD player and gas fireplace.

The kitchen with quartz countertops is completely stocked with all the pots and pans, baking dishes, coffeepot, dishes, silverware, and tons more! Just pack a cooler or visit the grocery in Seabrook and you’ll be ready to prepare your favorite meals! The cook of the family won’t miss a beat since the kitchen overlooks the dining nook and living room.Downstairs hallway has a full bath and to complete the first floor there is a guest bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed! Each room has their own wall heater.
On the second floor there is a large Master bedroom with Queen bed and a bunk room for the kids which sleeps 4 but reinforced to be strong enough for adults as well. Large bright bathroom between the 2 rooms. Between these two bedrooms is a cozy reading nook with a fully stocked book shelf for the adults and kiddos. It also holds puzzles, a toy basket, dress up capes, fishing game, magnatiles, and more. The kids love to use this area as their playroom when their not out climbing the stump, at the park or playing at the beach. Meanwhile the grownups get a chance to mingle downstairs away from the chaos ;) Games and crafts are under the nook benches in the kitchen downstairs.
Enjoy the numerous places to hang out inside and out. You'll just love the beautiful wrap around porch to relax on and people watch while drinking your cup of coffee or tea. On the backside of the house is a large lawn for the kids to run around and a BBQ with picnic table and Adirondack chairs to relax in. Don't forget to enjoy the fire pit for s'mores! The wool blankets are inside the downstairs bedroom in drum table and the s'more sticks, chocolates, graham crackers and marshmallows are all waiting for you in the pantry. Though our yard is fenced it gets visiting deer and bunnies often.
Beach Walk is perched at the head of the Gnome trail which further down connects with the Elk Creek Trail and then the Beach. Being so close to where the Gnomes hang out you may even find them busy doing what gnomes do best.
The Alderwood park is a just a couple blocks away at the head of the farm district inside Seabrook. It boasts a Zipline, swings, slides, basketball court, and a short walk further is the tennis courts. Communal Firepits are scattered around the neighborhoods but the closest ones are on Stumptown Lane across the street (east) for a more campfire experience and also beside on the other side of our house (north) is another one that is more like an outdoor fireplace and is beside the bocce ball court. Bucks Bike shop is walking distance from the house and there you can rent bikes for the day or purchase a kite or other beach toys.
