When Panama City Beach is calling your name but you want to avoid eternal waits at elevators and the big crowds on the beach, Sugar Beach Condos fits the bill. And best of all, bring your fur family with you--pets (up to 2) are welcome!
Our second-floor condo has been completely remodeled to be light, bright, airy, clean, and welcoming to you and your friends/family for the getaway you need. With a great Gulf view from the balcony and overlooking the pond in the center of the complex, you'll be just as happy inside as you will be on the beaches. The gorgeous living space features new flooring, comfy seating, smart entertainment, and free wifi. The dining area is ready for any meals or snacks, and the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare them all. An in-condo washer and dryer are available as well.
Our space features two bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably sleep a maximum of 8 guests and up to two pets. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two queen beds and a connected bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with HD service as well. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa to round out the sleeping options for a total of 8.
But the beauty of the condo interior is bested only by the beauty of the beaches at the Emerald Coast, and they are just a few steps away through the complex, past the pool and Club House. There are also picnic tables and grills available for guest use.
PETS ARE WELCOME up to a max of two. My fee is $100 and the Resort ALSO charges a fee of $150 for one or $175 for two paid to the resort upon arrival. Vaccination papers must also be provided to the Main Resort Office.
PARKING: There is a $20 per vehicle per stay fee at check in, and wristbands are provided that must be worn on property. Any additional vehicles are $20 each for up to 21 days or $35 if over $35 days. Trailers or RVs must be approved by the main office and carry an additional charge. These fees are not included in your booking total.
Sugar Beach is a gated community with no elevator waits or crowded beaches. The resort offers many amenities, including tennis and shuffleboard courts, a pool, club house, grills, and a lake filled with koi and turtles that can be fed from the dock platform. It is located directly on the white sands of the Emerald Coast.
Sugar Beach is located conveniently near several restaurants, and the area is a dream with plenty to keep you busy on sunny or rainy days.
