The entire interior is brand new with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, electric fireplace, interior and exterior seating, with large windows throughout that bring the views inside. Located on family friendly Mooring Drive with access to Hampton Harbor from the cul-de-sac at the end, makes it a great home away from home for kayakers and paddle boarders to access the Hampton Harbo. Summary: Overall impression of the property is good, the property is well maintained, plenty of room for everyone. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and love the location. It is on the marsh side, so obviously on a dead-end street, which is good for the grandchildren. Quiet neighborhood.
