THE HOME:
Our VRBO is the ONLY one level short-term rental in Colorado Springs! Our open floor plan makes this an ideal retreat for families of all ages. We offer a superior location – central to everything! We are within walking distance of Palmer Park open space and their impressive trail system. We are minutes from downtown, Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Old Colorado City, and the United State Air Force Academy.
THE BEDS:
We have 3 queen-sized beds with excellent quality mattresses. We have guests ask where they can purchase our mattresses from because they loved them so much!
THE BATHS:
We have three bathrooms – ALL 3 REMODELED IN OCTOBER 2019. Enjoy our soft towels and the complimentary provided bath amenities.
THE KITCHEN:
We have everything you need to cook a family meal! Top-of-the-line small appliances, coffee & tea breakfast station, and an over-sized eat-in kitchen - makes eating together easy.
THE PROPERTY:
We have a fenced in yard with patio furniture and grill. Children can enjoy our sandbox, slide, and special chairs – just for them! In the summer and early fall, we have a wonderful vegetable and sunflower garden for our guests to enjoy.
We have a nice long concrete driveway and garage for guests use. Our home is located on a quiet street with wonderful neighbors who love to meet our guests. The “little library” across the street welcomes you to find just the right novel to relax into during your stay.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair spray, hand soap, cotton balls, q-tips, Kleenex, body lotion, make-up remover wipes, hairdryers, and toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, basic spices, laundry detergent, and so much more.
POLICIES:
No smoking inside the home, or outside on the property grounds.
We love our home, smoking is terrible, and we love our guests.
Providing clean air for every guest in our home is a top priority :)!
No pets allowed.
No events, parties or large gatherings.
