True mountain living!! Enjoy the quiet beauty of the outdoors!! This 3 bedroom newly remodeled house is nestled beside a creek and amongst the beautiful forest. The upstairs master bedroom has a California King Bed with a Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top mattress. A 50 inch HD TV mounted on the wall provides for your viewing pleasure. The master bedroom has a full bath attached. The kitchen (newly remodeled), living room and a half-bath are located upstairs as well. The deck is equipped with lounge seating and a propane barbecue. The upper level living room has a queen sofa sleeper with a custom memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms (downstairs) have queen beds with Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattresses. The lower level has a newly remodeled kitchenette - fully equipped. The family room has an HDTV for your viewing entertainment. The property is located on one acre - plenty of privacy for relaxing and having quiet time. Also available for your use: washer/dryer and good WiFi connection for working remotely. Close to hiking, mountain and road biking routes. It's only a 5 mile drive to downtown Evergreen and Evergreen lake accommodates many activities: boating, paddle boarding, canoeing and many other family/individual activities. Some of the best mountains and scenic drives - only a short distance away! The perfect location if you would like to go to the city - Denver is about a 35 minute drive.
