The villa is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach and comes with the HH Island Rentals Advantage. Four beach chairs, a beach cart, four beach towels and new kitchen amenities including salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt.
Park the car and put on your flip flops. You won't need to do any driving at this great 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath beach condo located near Coligny Plaza. With the beach, shopping and restaurants just steps away without leaving the area.

Park the car and put on your flip flops; this tastefully decorated 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath Coligny Villa is just steps from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Two blocks from the new Low Country Celebration Park and everything is within walking distance.
The Villa features a very comfortable floor plan with a downstairs living area, full service kitchen and dining area with seating for six. A half bath, full size washer and dryer and an outdoor patio with gas grill and seating provide everything thing you need for a relaxing vacation at the beach.
Upstairs, one bedroom features a king size bed with its own bathroom and another spacious bedroom with two queen beds and its own bathroom. Flat screen TVs, complimentary password protected WiFi, cable and more await you at this excellent rental that is new to the market. And if by chance you have to work from home, the master features a work desk for those online sessions where some privacy is needed.
A beach wagon and beach chairs are provided for the short walk to the beach. One assigned parking space is provided for the unit and additional guest parking is available.
The complex which is located next to Coligny Plaza shops and restaurants features a large outdoor pool with ample seating for you and your guests to lounge around the pool.
This Villa has it all, new furnishings, upgraded throughout and a location that will make your vacation a one stop experience. Its all next door to this upgraded Coligny Villa unit.
