Summary: We have stayed at this cabin two times and it has an amazing view however unfortunately there are issues with the property and rental management. During our first visit the oven and jacuzzi was broken we were told these items were fixed before booking again. The oven takes twice the instructed time to bake goods and the jacuzzi was broken. Some new issues: The shuffleboard in the pictures is no longer in the home. Linen in some of the beds was dirty The washer was full of mildew we had to buy bleach and completed 2 sanitary cycles before doing laundry. Trash can were full when we arrived and we had to call for them to be empty after 4 PM Friday. Construction materials in the driveway. The management company (Georgia Cabins for You - GCFY). Came out to the property Friday evening (THUR-MON stay) and retrieved the broken jacuzzi parts we found floating in the water upon arrival. No communication regarding additional issues after Friday evening. After our stay I reached out to the management of GCFY. TUES 6 AUG - I was told by Samaria Anna (ASST MGR) would call me e back at 330 PM. - No response WED 7 AUG - I again spoke to Samaria who told me Anna would call me back early the next day. No response. THUR 8 AUG - I spoke to Cindy and ask for a return call from a member of their leadership. (Managers Susan or Nicole - Asst Managers Anna/Brook) No response. Beautiful location. However the property is misrepresented in the pictures. Poor support.
