The Downtown Festival consists of a general store, ice cream parlor, arcade, Florida-style bar & grill, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course.

The brand new gated community Enclaves at Festival Resort is a perfect choice that offers the tranquility of the countryside and the short distance to all of Orlando’s attractions, restaurants, commercial centers, malls, and natural trails. The Downtown Festival consists of a general store, ice cream parlor, arcade, Florida-style bar & grill, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool, private cabanas, kids waterpark, beach volleyball court, and a putt golf course. The community is located directly off I4 in Orlando with short distance to all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championships golf courses.

The second floor houses two additional bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen-sized bed and another enchanting Mario-themed room, complete with a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle, perfect for younger guests or those young at heart.
The 2.5 bathrooms are designed with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The main bathroom, spacious and elegant, includes a large bathtub and separate shower.

Bathrooms and kitchen surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with professional-grade disinfectant, and all linens are washed with bleach and soap at high temperatures. Our cleaning team wears gloves and masks during the entire cleaning process, ensuring a safe environment for your stay.
