✔ The owner DOES NOT live on the property, however, his office is located in a part of the house that is blocked off from guests, was an add-on to the original house built, and does not affect the guest in any way.
There is a private entrance to the office and you will not even know he is there. He mostly uses it when the property is NOT booked. It has never been an issue with either party.
The owner's areas are all locked and not for guest use which is marked and this will include the garage, RV gate, and chain link fence side of the yard, which is a dirt lot anyways ;)
Guest will have self-check-in. There is a private entrance with use of the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, game room, living room, kitchen, pool, patio, and basketball Court. These are all private spaces for guest. Everything is located in the main house and both front and back yards.
Likely, you won't see me or the owners during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. Trash: Wed for recycling and Sat for Regular- if needed the staff will grab and take out and return so no need to do anything. This day might change on occasion if there was a scheduling issue.
