The 1600 sq. ft. condo has an open and airy floor plan that provides for lots of space to be together and plenty of opportunities to find some peace alone. Large door walls and windows provide lots of light, and a spacious balcony spans the length of the living space and guest master. Eclectic and comfortable furnishings make for a calm and welcoming place to spend your vacation.
The open kitchen has just been completely renovated and features stainless appliances and quartz counters. There are 4 counter seats, and just off this space is a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The living room offers plenty of seating, and there is comfortable patio seating as well.
The master suite has a king bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. There is also a private patio to enjoy. The guest master offers a queen bed, an en suite bath and a sliding door leading to the balcony. The third bedroom is a kids retreat with 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. A full bath is located in the hall next to the third bedroom. You will also find a laundry room tucked into the hallway for your use. Free WiFi is available and, during the high-season, you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas.
This four-story complex has just been completely renovated and is located between two non-rental, upscale developments and features a private beach. The pool and hot tub overlook the beach and offer stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This area is gated and is for private use for guests at Blue Mountain Condominiums and has secured entry and covered parking. The property also features a gorgeous open atrium, a fitness center, a basketball net, private beach access with beach chair and umbrella service, .
