Positive: It was peaceful
Negative: Place is not located beachfront as it appears to be on website. You have to to cross a busy intersection to get to beach.(dangerous for children) Outdated and lower class apartment upkeep. Be ready to take stairs to last floor of complex. Not an issue for us, but just something that is also not mentioned.
