The Space:
Cobb Court is set out in two floors accessible by stairs from the 2 private car parking spaces which are located at the front of the property.
You can access the main entrance of the property by going down some steps from the car parking spaces into a small front patio with some outdoor furniture.
GROUND FLOOR:
- It features a large and well-equipped kitchen-lounge area with Smart TV and a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR:
- It has 2 twin bedrooms (each of them have 2 single beds) with wardrobes and bedside tables.
- There's a full sized bathroom with both shower and bath tub.
Shampoo, fresh bed linen and towels (professionally washed & ironed) are provided as well as coffee, tea and sugar.
