Summary: I was delighted with my 3 week stay in Kemal’s apartment in September 2021. The location of the flat is very convenient with easy access to public transportation and the ferry system. The neighborhood is very cozy and full of restaurants, pubs and retail stores. The promenade in front of the house extends for many kilometers and provides a convenient location for walking, cycling and exercise. The views from the apartment are extraordinary with delightful sunsets and panoramic scenes of Izmir’s skyline and the Bay. Kemal is a super nice host —- very accommodating, respectful, sincere and punctual. I would highly recommend this rental unit for anyone’s accommodation needs.
