The space
This spacious property has a unique four bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage, two living spaces and a backyard landscaped with garden, lawn, pebbles, and crushed rock. It also has a paved area under a pergola with outdoor timber setting furniture ready for family meals or just fresh air and a glass of wine.
AMMENITIES: Inside it’s fitted with modern appliances and stylish décor. If has spacious rooms perfect for families, with tiles on floors and carpets in the bedrooms. It is the prefect getaway.
Two living areas, one is a large living room connecting with open plan dining and kitchen. Wi Fi is throughout the house and smart 55”TV included. A second living area in the front of the house is perfect for children as it is an amazing room for kids play or quite relaxing / reading after a busy day at the beach or other outside activities.
The living-dining area connects to the outside paving area and back yard to relax. The backyard has fruit trees and other nice green trees making it the perfect place for a morning / mid-afternoon picnic under pergola.
PARKING: Spacious garage and on street parking. Space behind garage on the side of the house on crushed rock is perfect to safely lock away your boat for fishing and boating guests.

BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:

ENTRY: keys are provided on agreement and payment on the day of arrival / between 2-3pm
Guests have full use of the whole property.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features reverse cycle evaporative cooling system throughout the whole house. Heating - Split-type ductless system, whole house.
EXTRAS: All towels, bath mats, linen, tea towels, soap and toilet paper are provided for your stay. Beds will be made upon arrival. Wardrobes in each room have hangers for clothes. There is also additional comfort blanket for each bed in each bedroom for cold nights.
There are USB charging points in the master bedroom, Queen size bedroom and in the kitchen.
LAUNDRY: Washing machine for 8 kg, dryer, clothes drying rack and outdoor clothesline. Washing powder and conditioner is provided. Iron, Iron board, cleaning products, mop, vacuum cleaner, floor steamer, cleaning tools, cleaning rugs are provided.
HOME SAFETY: Smoke alarm. Security cameras on front, backyard, side of the house and in garage for security purposes. Two fire extinguisher and fire blankets on a property in kitchen area/pantry and garage.
