As of March of 2019 Coastal Zen features brand new upper/lower back decks and stairs, the roof leak and water stains have been repaired, all tile on the front step has been removed, re glued and re grouted, a new pool maintenance company has been hired and the track for the folding door has been repaired! ** Welcome to Coastal Zen! This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is perfect for your family's next beach getaway! Situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon in the exclusive gated community of Laguna Key, Coastal Zen welcomes you with coastal elegance and incredible amenities such as a private, heated pool as well as easy beach access. Groups of up to 12 will enjoy an unforgettable and relaxing Gulf Shores vacation at Coastal Zen! About Coastal Zen Laguna Key is a gated, ultra-luxury community situated at the end of Gulf Shores' west beach. Within the community, lies Coastal Zen, a spacious, 4 bedroom home with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Coastal Zen features a private pool off the spacious back patio. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy catching rays by the pool or relaxing to the sounds of nature from the screened back porch on the ground level. Upon entering the main floor, Guest bedroom 4 is on the left and a sitting area with queen sized sofa bed is on the right. Moving into the open living area, guests are greeted with panoramic views of the lagoon from the wall-to-wall windows! In addition to the gorgeous views and enormous lagoon front balcony, the comfortable living area features plenty of seating and a queen sized sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests. Off the living area is a spacious kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and cooking and dining essentials to give guests the comfort of home. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor. On the upper floor, the extra spacious master bedroom is a showstopper! It features a king sized bed, extra seating area, large TV, and a huge, private balcony! The master suite also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a gulf-facing balcony. Both are equipped with queen sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms.
