The space
Set behind a gate, enter a private courtyard achieved by lush greenery, fountain and immaculate architecture. Enter into the large entryway to the spacious open living area with floor to ceiling windows, TV lounge area, formal dining space for 8 and opens up to an oceanfront deck made for entertaining with BBQ, an al-fresco dining area for 8 and plenty of outdoor lounging with beach umbrellas. The fully outfitted chefs kitchen is opens to the living space and ocean view featuring an oversized center island and breakfast nook.
In addition to the open concept main living areas the first floor features a guest bedroom and bath. floor bedroom/office with full bathroom. waterfront balcony with outdoor dining space, grill and an outdoor shower next to the exterior full bathroom entrance.
Upper floor features a stunning ocean view primary suite with an oversized balcony to take in the sunsets, as well as a second guest bedroom. Upstairs enclosed loft can be utilized as the 4th bedroom, gym or home office.
