Brand new 2024 outdoor kitchen with 75” outdoor TV.A few blocks from the beach, hardwood floors throughout, this updated bright beach bungalow has new quartz in the kitchen with an adorable fish bowl window to the floor, new shiplap with wood elements throughout, 3 bedrooms new living room furniture 2022 and 2.5 baths, large rooms, large back patio with a gas grill and a bistro set, and fully stocked with laundry room, kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, even a couple of beach chairs. Ride your rental bike 15 min. to the Sea Pines, 5 min bike ride to Coligny Beach, walk to Harris Teeter plaza, with movie theatre, Charbar, Holy Tequila, Marleys' and Reilly's plaza, Publix plaza, all within walking distance,
grab a back pack chair and peddle to the beach, or a 3 minute drive to Sea Pines Beach club where you can rent the chair and umbrella when you get to the beach, bike trails throughout the gated community of Sea Pines brings you to Harbourtown where you can go on a dolphin tour, alligator tours, sunset cruises and more, and South Beach home of the Salty Dog and awesome outdoor bar area, Hike the Sea Pines Nature Preserve, Lawton Stables where you can ride horses, GOLF everywhere, and of course the beautiful recently built Sea Pines Beach Club, New laundry room with pantry, Private heated inground pool,. Summary: We (family of four with an 8 and 10 yr old) loved our 2-week stay at Sea Pines. The house was as advertised. The kitchen and living room provided ample space with convenient amenities and furniture. The kids loved the room with the trundle bed. The main bedroom was also very nice with the en suite bathroom. The pool was fantastic. We looked forward to getting back to the pool after a day at the beach. There are pool toys for the kids too. We rented bikes to get around Sea Pines which we would highly recommend. The house is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores.
