Beach House Description: This home can be rented from part of September 2023 through to the end of May 2024 by owner, and available for occupancy by mid-September 2023. The Beach House will continue to be available for individual weekly summer rentals from June 2023 to mid September 2023.

This is a sunny contemporary style home with amenities in the small, private, pristine community of Arrington Woods (at the corner of Routes 20 and 54, across from Bayside Resort's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course); minutes away to Fenwick State Park Beach, and Ocean City. Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach are a short drive away. Enjoy a drive to the famous Assateague Island (approx. 35 - 40 minutes), on the Maryland side (the northern two-thirds of the island is in Maryland - while the southern one-third of the island is in Virginia). Here you will find the wild ponies of Assateague Island — they could join you on the beach. Just one of the many adventures that await you and your family and friends.
This Beach House is ideal for family reunions or for a 'circle of friends' to spend a relaxing week or more away from it all. This spacious house feels like an elegant but comfortable resort home with graceful arched floor-to-ceiling windows, a three season sun porch leading to an out-door patio with barbecue grill and views of the nearby woods, with plenty of space for entertaining. This light-filled, four bedroom (with a loft area that can be another area for sleeping), three and a half baths. This 2600 square foot twin home has plenty of room for overnight guests with two master bedrooms: one on the main level with private en-suite and the other master bedroom with soaking tub and separate shower - on the second floor; with access to a large deck. There are two additional bedrooms (one bedroom has 3 separate single beds, and the other has a trundel-bed which sleeps 2. The loft area provides two over sized chairs that convert to pull-out single sleeper beds. (Guests provide their own linens and towels. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and some water toys for children). The loft area can turn into a play area with a Fussball Table and a t.v. or a quiet get-away space, overlooking the spacious great room with its gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. The spectacular 'flow' of this home is great for party occasions - open dining/kitchen/great-room, cozy three-season sunporch furnished with wicker furniture, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open to screen up or down - and outdoor patio with dining seating for 6. Upstairs Master Bedroom has its own sundeck and a covered porch off the loft area provides additional outdoor enjoyment/privacy for your family or guests. There is a Gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen with Corian counters, and breakfast bars that seats 6 guests, and the dinning room table has an additional 8 seats for your guests.
Community pool is about a block from the home. In addition to its proximity to Bayside's Jack Nicklaus golf course & Fenwick Island, with its numerous species of birds and other wildlife, beaches and parks, this attractive, upbeat community is close to Ocean City with its Boardwalk, kids' activities and 'hotspots;' and to Bethany and Rehoboth Beaches with its sophisticated nightlife and shopping (tax-free), outlets. Harris Teeter (new large grocery store with great produce & Starbucks), is across the road from this community ... within walking or biking distance. There are other grocery stores close by, as well.
The Beach House will have start-up supplies: soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent and dishwasher detergent, and propane for the outside grill. If the propane tank is empty, just get it filled, and send me a copy of the bill by way of a text. I can reimburse through Zelle or some other form of payment that we both agree upon. There is a washing & dryer machine, as well as detergent for your convenience. A minimum of 5 nights stay is required. Just continue to book this beautiful beach home through VRBO.
