Come visit our spectacular beaches in Seagrove Florida! There is lots to do and see along 30A from white sugar sand beaches of South Walton, to award winning restaurants and fabulous boutique shopping.
You will fall in love with our home away from home at the beach! Spacious end unit condo on the ground floor with king bed, queen pull out sofa and rollaway twin bed to sleep a total of 5. Our beautifully updated kitchen with white quartz countertops is stocked with everything from a coffee maker to pots and pans. Our bathroom is renovated and has a beautifully tiled stand up shower.
Across the street is beach access one block away. We have included our beach chairs and beach wagon! Take a stroll to some of the best restaurants Seagrove has to offer like the Perfect Pig and Cafe 30A or rent bicycles across the street and take a leisurely ride to explore the shops and food trucks at seaside. Relax in our beautiful, sparkling pool after a day at the beach or have a glass of wine on our covered patio.
We have everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay without ever needing to get in your car. High speed Internet in case you want to stay connected. Publix is located just a little over a mile away for all your grocery needs.
For our friends that have furry family members we are happy to allow you to include them for a minimall pet fee. Please check YES to pets when booking so the pet fee is added. Also you must put the type of breed in the notes when booking. We have a grassy area off to the side with a doggy station for your convenience.
NOTE: undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fine.
Traveling with children....we have a pack n play, highchair and of course a radio flyer wagon so you can travel light. These are all included at no additional cost to you. No need to contact a rental company or pack the car to overflowing. We want to make your stay easy and stress free. Its vacation after all!
If you want to explore by car Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach and the ever beautiful Alys beach is just as short 10 minute car ride away. There are an abundance of restaurants, shopping and activities for both children and adults from movies in the park to live music.

Summary: If you’re in search of immaculate space or a friendly host, this isn’t the place for you. As you’ll notice upon all their responses to previous reviews, had I read the review responses prior to booking, we certainly would have spent our money elsewhere. The air went out our first night there and it was 75 degrees all night and well into the next afternoon until it was able to be fixed. Bed is terrible, we left early it was so uncomfortable. Plan to visit a chiropractor following your stay. Baseboards were filthy. Couch has crumbs in it. Blinds haven’t been cleaned in months at least. The vents had dust all over them. The board at the side of the bed was broken. Stained couch cushions. Just a lot of things that need to be tended to and seem to have been neglected. We’ve stayed at 3 places here in this area and this has by far been the worst and the nastiest. As an owner, I’d be humiliated to rent out a place with this much filth. Lot of ding dong ditching going on all hours of the night and day. People will go by and beat as hard as they can on windows and doors which was awesome for my little kids 5 & 3, being terrified. Positive was that the air was fixed within 20 hours of arriving to it broken, Kids toys, wagon.
