Beach Place #201 - The unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath rental property that offers terrific views of popular John's Pass Village in south Madeira Beach. Spacious, including plenty of natural light, this 1,140 square foot property includes a recently updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and fully stocked with utensils. Unit 201 has one parking spot and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

The master bedroom, located just off the living room, provides a king sized bed, and plenty of storage, with a door leading out to the balcony. The master bathroom, like all SunHost properties, is meticulously clean with plenty of space. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, making this a perfect retreat for two couples or a small family. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit.
When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.
