Coastal home located across the road from Wurtulla Beach, with sea breezes and soothing sounds of the surf. Perfect retreat for a beach holiday or work from home environment. Enjoy a day on the beach, surfing, swimming or follow the coastal pathway to restaurants, cafes and an ice cream shop. Only a short drive to Sunshine Coast Stadium, SCUH, Kawana Lake and the Birtinya shopping precinct. This modern home exudes natural light and high ceilings, which provides a feeling of spaciousness. Featuring a main bedroom with an ensuite & walk in robe and is separated from two further bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed, whilst bedroom 3 features a Long Single bed. Both bedrooms have built in robes & ceiling fans. A central bathroom and separate toilet service the 2 bedrooms. The light filled kitchen provides plenty of bench & storage space, including an electric oven and cooktop, Fridge/Freezer & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses and crockery are all provided for the home cook (or walk down to Bocca Italian for delicious pizza & pasta). The main living room is comfortably furnished with a 6 person dining setting, alongside the sitting room with a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa and 48" TV. A separate multimedia room which can be partitioned off with sliding doors, contains a study/work desk, plus another 2 seater sofa. The main bathroom has a large shower & vanity unit, with a separate toilet & basin.
For your convenience a full size laundry, with a front load washing machine and laundry tub, including soap powder. Outside is a large undercover entertaining area, with outdoor dining furniture and a large grassed area at the front for the kids to play.
A single carport and driveway behind the gate provides security & privacy for two cars.
